His show was okay, but he spawned an entire "lineage" of bad comedians (Bill Engvall, Larry the Cable Guy, Ron White even though some of his shit on drinking isn't bad). You could argue that because he was responsible for them, he's also by proxy responsible for their jokes too.
Okay fuck you. Ron White was a big name in comedy long before anyone knew who Foxworthy was. And Ron is fucking hillarious.
Bill Engvall is a solid B, Ron White is a B+ on a good day, and Larry the Cable Guy is also a person who exists.
