It has no enforceable teeth in it and it specifically states that police can not detain or arrest based solely on the mask. But the order laid the foundation across the state for every business, city and county to mandate them. It also put the burden of enforcement on businesses out of fear of losing their license. I'm still waiting for a few of those 2000+ lawsuits around the state to hit our based Texas Supreme Court and get some of this BS struck down.
