Glue traps are designed to not dry out until something like months of exposure, so fresh ones should be good until election day. Flypaper is a good example of this kind of glue.

I have (and use) glue-traps for bugs in the garden that are still sticky after being out in the weather for over a year (Pacific NW rainy weather, no less).
