well if they have medical bills and you're liable through either negligence or you actually get charged with assault they can recover against you, look up the law in your state

I've had a finger snapped in one of those things. It hurts like hell, but no permanent damage. How is this different from an electrical buzz? Maybe us MAGA folks should have a thread on this. Seriously, because the election is near and we need to be able to fight back without some lefty activist judge wanting us dead.

actually just found out from my professor that you cannot use booby traps at all in the defense of real property, you would be liable for a tortious cause of action made me think of this post
