The issue with furry websites like furaffinity is that it's designed to encourage porn. The categories for the site search are fetishes. Without making an account, the website looks kid friendly. That's the problem with furaffinity. It's encouraging children (at best, teenagers) to draw fetishes.
Anthropomorphizing animals in a "cutesy" way is inherently sexual. There's no distinct line but you know it when you see it. The fact that it lures children in is just a horrible side effect. But children shouldn't have access to the internet anyway
