I had to relisten to the video to see why you thought she was attacking the president. Maybe it was the part where she talked about his stutter. The point was stuttering is rare for Trump and along with his body language, it indicated he was trying to avoiding the question. Why is you quess. This was the point she was making as you can see when he goes back to his normal speech pattern when he talks about other issues.
