People respond differently to tasers and it depends on where and how you were tased.

I get that it would depend on where one was tased, but i don't see how someone is just naturally able to take a solid hit from a taser and just keep trucking, whereas other people turn to jello.

Thick clothing may insulate the electric shock.

Tasers require skin contact, or diagphramous (thin) or conductive (conducts electricity easily, like being wet) clothing to be effective.
