I mean seriously if you honestly did nothing wrong or committed a minor offense just comply for like a few minuets and your likely to go free with either a warning or at worst a ticket.

I swear as it currently exists inner city African American culture is toxic, it is self-defeating, self-destructing, and self-fulfilling to the extreme.

It needs to stop glorifying rebellion against authority, drugs, crime, gangs, prostitutes, and stupidity and start glorifying financial success, personal responsibility, hard work, and abiding by the law.

I’m tired of hearing black kids say that their only path to success is either being an athlete, a rapper, or a criminal (usually drug dealing).

If the problem is low IQ then we need to help facilitate the creation of well paying jobs that even people with low IQ can do. Blue-collar jobs are probably the best for this because they can be learned through repetition.
