They do both. They tell them that the cops will kill them, but also that they should put their hands on the wheel and say yes officer and no officer and be very vocal about their actions, e.g. "Can I grab my wallet, I am grabbing my wallet, I am passing you my ID" kinda thing.

They think it's exclusively a black thing to have to be compliant nd polite to the cops lmao, they think that when white people get pulled over the cop asks for their white priviledge card and apologises for wasting their time.
