That's what they insisted. They insisted that black people stress to their children they must comply. But, that's not what the videos are showing. So then I thought there must be something lost in translation. "comply" doesn't mean "wiggle around" "reaching your pocket" etc etc. I asked if this is because there were no fathers around to teach children what "compliance" actually means.
