Help Pedes: Can do I get the census takers to stop coming to the house?

Preferably by not having to take the census, obviously. I'm only in this shit-hole town for a few more years and I don't want them getting federal funds based on me being here now.

If I just keep ignoring them, will they stop? Is there something I can tell them?
