I once used to have much worse anger issues but I'd lie and act like I was fine. I'd clench my teeth in anger with one side of my mouth and smirk with the other. This was for several years of my childhood and right now I'm only 23 but I can't smile as much with the right side of my mouth now and in my personal opinion my resting face looks angry without my glasses.
