Starts out saying it's going to be a massive legal operation. ( they are going to create as much chaos and uncertainty as possible to drag this out.)

She's telling dem voters they need to be the pole workers. (So they can cheat.)

Shes saying Trump voters are going to be at the poles intimidating people so they have to counter that with their own teams of people. (Shes sending a signal to the dems attack dogs to do exactly this because we know it won't be Trump supporters doing it. Shes hoping there will be mobs of antifa and blm at the poles scaring people away.)

Biden shouldn't concede under any circumstances. (Because they are going to drag it out due to the chaos they created until they get their way one way or another. By finding trucks full of ballots months later or so much uncertainty Pelosi ends up President. )
