It doesn't matter if Joe Biden concedes or not. There will be no civil war. He will be declared the loser on election night. America is not going to have a civil war over Joe Biden. I think Trump is going to win in a landslide. I think these Democrat psychos are delusional, and despite what the media tells you, I think most people are just fine with another four years of Trump whether they say it or not.
