Exactly.

Some of us have been waiting our entire adult lives for this fight. I honestly thought it would never come in my lifetime. After all, how many generations enjoyed stateside peace outside of the Revolutionary and Civil War?

well the war of 1812 also, but I understand your point. Throughout its history America has been truly blessed to very rarely ever have to see what true conflict and warfare is like on their own soil.

This is the thing, you have the other side who is filled with dickheads who haven't ever really experienced what the real desperation of conflict is right, then you have our side which overwhelmingly has veterans that understand the darkest possible side of human nature.

Aside from all other reasons available that we would, in the event of a big igloo, win bigly; you have the effect of morale over a period of time. You said it yourself, some of us have been waiting our whole lives for this fight. In the pursuit of freedom and ridding our glorious nation of the Marxist infestation we would endure misery they can't even conceive of. This is why I say it'd be a Thunderdome lasting about a week. After a week of starving bellies and watching most of the people they knew end up as an unidentifiable mass of red flesh, they'd go full Iraqi and start surrendering to news crews if it got them food.
