hiring managers directly with resumes as PDFs.

cut the social-media middle out of the picture if you can.

another game you can play, is to use indeed / monster

and upload a txt file as a blank file with some info as your resume.

no personal stuff.

do everything you can to only send full resumes with personal info

directly to the hiring manager or the company.

for you young pedes out there. the less social presence you have online the better.

especially with jobs with companies that have high profiles.

go directly to their corporate page and fill out data there. upload resumes directly to them.

rinse and repeat as many times as possible.

never use these social media aggregates that sell your data a thousand times.
