Looks like they're playing with the technicality of GEOTUS still allowing citizens to return from China. What was he supposed to do? Leave them there?
Is he even allowed to leave them there? Is it legal to deny a citizen entry back to their home country?
It's not.
But believe Biden when he says he will abandon his citizens stuck abroad in a hostile communist regime during the middle of a deadly pandemic, as long as it is politically expedient for him to do so.
As much as I dislike Crenshaw, say it like he did to Maher. They were being repatriated. Citizens and residents had to come back. Maher got his ass beat by Red Flag.

Well to be fair, just because it is on Joe Biden's official Twitter account doesn't mean it is a Joe Biden thought or even an idea endorsed by Joe Biden. He probably never has even personally signed in to Twitter.

Trump didn't "shut down" travel from China. So its's been possible to fly from China all along, just no one bothered?
