Personally I see the UN as only being beneficial in preventing WWIII. That is literally the only thing it is good for. And in that regard it’s done a fairly good job considering we haven’t had a world war since the 40s.
But it practically fails at everything else. The stuff it has done could have easily been done by someone else.
It should only exist as a medium to settle disputes between sovereign countries.
