Twitter trends have long been known to heavily sway one way. Without looking, I'll assume they're rather talking about some new album or how that jogger was innocent.
It should be SOMEWHERE on the trend list. I looked though the top 30 trends, nothing about Wisconsin. I don't think that's possible without manipulation.
I scrolled it back a month, Ctrl-F'd for everything I could think of, perp's name - zip, "Kenosha" - nul, "Wisconsin" - this video and this video which has nothing to do with the riots... ... ...unless it's the real reason they want to burn the state down.
