The police had no intent to kill Taylor, so it cannot be murder. In this case it isn't even manslaughter as her piece of shit boyfriend opened fire on the police first.
Also, Breonna Taylor's car and apartment were both listed on the warrant. She was the one moving the money for their drug operation. She was also fired from her job in 2017, so no, she was not an EMT.
