He is based no doubt. But on one of his Watter's World shows, he spent an entire block speaking with a doctor about masks. Both of them were pushing mask wearing and like Hannity, neither of them seem to be too concerned about how local and state government have imposed them onto the people. After that segment, I was done with Watters and pretty much all of Fox.

Many countries use masks... When they're sick. Using a mask increases your risk of illness, look up the, sadly, ONLY study done before this became politicized. The purpose is to prevent the spread to others, which if you're asymptomatic, is very, very unlikely to happen.

I am asthmatic with a history of pneumonia, I have a very real medical concern about mandatory masking, since both of those add to the risk factors of mask-wearing. But if it actually was useful, I'm not one to complain about the "general case".

But it isn't supported by science. The people who endorse it specifically condemned it earlier, with NO new research changing the view. And their reasoning was OVERTLY "we were totally lying before in order to manipulate you for our own profit, but now we're totally telling the truth." All to deal with a virus whose death rate is on par with a rough flu.

I'm pro-science. They're science deniers all for political benefit... That IS a hill worth defending. It's not about the masks. It's about being pro-Objective Reality, vs being anti-science pro-propaganda pro-political profits at the expense of science and the average person.

They’re not different. If you can make the case for forcing masks on people then you can make the case for forcing vaccines too.

1: Mask wearing is being imposed and mandated. That's just another freedom taken away.

2: Like gun control measures, it leads to more draconian measures like being able to impose vaccines. They've progressively imposed more and more rules and edicts as we've gone along. Remember, "only 2 weeks to slow the spread."

3: We have conflicting viewpoints from the medical and science community about their efficacy. Now we don't trust anything anyone says about anything associated with pandemics because they've been politicized.

4: It's killing off many of the simple enjoyments we used to take for granted. Who wants to go to a ball game, movie, festival, theme park or anything and have to keep a mask on? Authorities have also imposed crazy rules with them like wearing one into the door of a restaurant and keeping it on until you sit at your table. Then you have to put it back on to leave? Craziness.

  1. They're forcing them on kids to wear them at school with no justification. It's permeated almost every aspect of our lives and all under a false idea that it's for public health and safety.

Same. I remember being in high school watching Red Eye when he was the host. He’s the only opinionated and entertaining guy I thought they had at the time.
