Glad to see this is beginning to get some attention. Even so, it may well be too little too late. The concept was first proposed by Matt Tribe in a Washington Times article several months back. Its the only path that makes sense, with Biden being nothing than a distraction to their real intentions.
If they pull off what they intend with the mailed in votes, it does not matter who has the most votes as they will not have been counted in time. Its the law. The law says Pelosi takes over as the new POTUS. Anything different, is to go against the Constitution. In this case, votes do not matter.
Yes, I do expect there will be some angry Pede's. But historically, Trump has never gone to extreme ends to do what the power of his office allows, so to use any Act or Directive, would be unlike anything he has done so far.
Essentially, he must win by so many votes that even with maximum cheating he still overwhelmingly wins. In other words, he needs to win by a 40% margin over the actual real numbers in order to just squeak by.
