I'm getting the feeling he told them he was going to speak, and nobody was brave enough to tell him no

I'm sure Billy Porter would like to see more of Herschel Walker as well.

1,500 push ups. 3,500 sit ups. Daily.

300 and 300 is not even a warmup for HW. He's a legendary fitness nut. He's an old man in that photo, and he doesn't lift to get that physique (all body-weight exercises).

1,500 and 3,500 daily does not mean 1,500 and 3,500 in a row at one time. Plenty of people in football and MMA (and ballet dancing), have talked about his workout routine.

Bruce Lee was the same way, except Bruce lifted some weights. HW will just bust out a hundred pushups during a commercial break when he's watching TV. Or at any given random moment when there's a couple minutes to kill.

Shit works, too. I started doing this a while back. I'm not nearly at his intensity, but I started out being able to do 15-20 before I ran out of gas and can do about 70 in my first set now. The physical difference is noticeable and it doesn't take a bunch of time or energy, you just do like 30-50 sets a day. It only takes about a minute each time. Do them during a commercial break in your show, or every time your boss sends you another stupid email or w/e.

Meanwhile, everybody who has actually known him and worked with him, for decades, has talked about it.

It could all be an elaborate conspiracy theory though.

Maybe those muscles are all implants.

No offense to navy SEALS, but they're not world class athletes, that's not what they train for, and they don't train from childhood, every single day without fail. Herschel Walker has been a manic fitness nut his entire life, every day, and walked onto an Olympic bobsled team despite never having been in a bobsled. He is an incredibly humble and modest Christian man who has never shown a scintilla of interest in promoting himself. Anyone who actually knows anything about him is likely very offended by your ignorant and entirely incorrect criticisms of him. You really should shut the hell up and go read up on Herschel Walker.

Navy SEALs fitness test top result is 100 sitps in 2min

I knew this was bullshit as soon as I read it. I used to do 100 situps in about 90 seconds.

From the article:

Minimum number is 52 in 2 minutes, but you should strive for at least 100 in 2 minutes for an average score.

Sometimes 4chan says things that are obviously juvenile. Meant to be shocking. However, the term "glorious winged faggot" is so fitting for the DNC's guy. No offense to faggots. I love faggots.

I VERY loudly laughed when I read this... I thought "Gay Vampire" was funny!... This is supremely funny

The democrats would have been better off with the "What What in the Butt" guy. That was less cringy.

Walker has been one of my heros since the 1980 Sugar Bowl.

Gurly is great.. but Chubb and Latimore were more like Walker... Play hard... have class.

I’m a Clemson fan myself. Loved all of those players. They all seemed to be class A individuals. I’ve seen all three play and consider them the best running backs I’ve ever seen.

Man I still cringe every time I see Chubb injure his knee...

But Latimores makes me need a pain pill myself... Still prayin' for him all these years later...

Latimore gave it all for South Carolina. Thank goodness Chubb and Gurley were able to bounce Back. Those were all terrible injuries to see. I hate watching legs do crazy things like that.

Literal potbelly goblins. Interdimensional vampire pedophiles. OR Patriotic American Studmuffins?

It's amazing this is even a question.
