This is happening because we live in a Federated system. The separation of powers keep the president from using Federal police and Federal troops from interfering in matters that concern the state governments. There's only one way Trump can bypass the Democrat Governors who control these states and that's to declare the Insurrection Act. Democrat governors are trying to bait Trump into declaring the Insurrection Act and to move the military into these cities so they can say Trump is a tyrant. In fact, Democrats want to get people killed to both bait Trump into a political trap and when/if federal police troops arrive. They want to create a Branch Davidian Waco type scenario. The only other way that Trump can go into these cities is if he's invited in by the mayors or governors. The Democrat mayors and governors will not invite federal troops/police in because they don't want to share the blame with Trump but they also don't want the riots to end. The Democrats are so crazy, they think this is good for them and their party. Hillary has said it multiple times, she wants the unrest to continue. She even wants it to expand to every big city and she can't get enough of the violence.
So what's the solution? Can a federal entity deputize citizens to uphold the law? Can I create a militia and meet these violent thugs with overwhelming force and not face prosecution?
No. All I can do is powerlessly watch the cities burn. Because going to jail for trying to restore justice just isn't justice, and if I'm ever truly faced with that, the only real solution for me is to take my own life. Why? Because I'm not interested in living in a world that upside down.
The world is upside down and yes the solution may be to do lawless acts but do you really think the time to do lawless acts is 100 days from an election or do you think that's what Democrats are trying to get us to do?
