I think we all pretty much agree that these looting, rioting thugs are subhuman, and deserve to be dispatched to a mass grave....but OTOH, as many have said, if you just start mowing them down, you'll probably get arrested.

The problem for this gentleman here is that he should never have tried to take on the mob by himself, period. Him getting beaten, attacked, or even killed, was a likely outcome.
