the national guard can not stop them. I don't know what can...you can throw explosives at the police and national guard and they will not do anything but tear gas at most.
If they do not get the basic respect of being some type of authority then you can't beat these people.
On some sort of civilian backlash will get this AND you need the cities not to arrest the civilians that fight back
A single Fire Team of Marines ( that is 4 people ) with the relatively new M27s could stop these riots in 1 night.

IMO they are Terrorists and need to be treated as such. Burn Loot Murder is not covered under the 1A. Terrorizing fellow Citizens is not covered under the 1A. Non BLM Citizens have rights and should be defended.
