Conservatives embraced social liberalism. Politics is upstream from culture. Gradual embracing of social liberalism has lead to normalization of abortion that has now become a commercial industry, normalization of degeneracy and drug abuse, pedophilia and human trafficking, antisocial porn addiction, fetish pride parades in our streets, legitimazation and normalization of delusional schizophrenia in the form of trannies, destruction of moral values and the nuclear family, and all of the atheistic communism that has followed.
Live and let live sounds good in theory. But only insofar as we maintain a common moral framework.
Conservatives traded that moral framework in for the sake of chasing left wing votes. Turning to Libertarianism ideology has probably been one of the most self-destructive decisions the right has ever made. It was a huge mistake.
Libertarians also pushed through other bad policies, too. Immigration and trade disasters came out of libertarianism. Abandoning protectionist job and economic policy came out of libertarianism. In trade, we got more faggotry, a fubar economy, less gun rights, and more drugs.
The turn to libertarianisn was largely fueled by foreign adventurism debacles in the middle east. The genesis was very much related to antiwar and anti nation building sentiment that colored the interests of much of the Tea Party movement.
It wasn't until 2016 that we managed.to begin turning the ship back toward conservatism with Trump's America first agenda. But on social issues we're still very weak and impotent to our own detriment.
We need to return this country to the Christian nation it was always meant to be. Even non believers should prefer a foundation of Christian morality to the secular nihilism that fills the vacuum in its absence.
I, as an American, follow Christian Morality. I am no longer a member of a Church. I do believe 9 of the 10 Commandments are great rules to live by!!!!
