Trump can't "remove it" but he could have barr start suing these states and pushing back in a real way. individual citizens don't stand a chance against the courts.we need federal courts to start ruling this unconstitutional and cut the legs off of these local/state institutions which keep pushing it. once one domino falls, the rest will follow suit.
