Serious question. Am I allowed to shoot these people under these circumstances? Because I started playing with my Glock as I was watching this video and my finger started to itch
Maybe the part where the woman was using the cone as a weapon could be a cause for lethal force or at least brandishing. Blunt force trauma is serve bodily damage. I’m no lawyer and all, but they attacked her at least once or twice before that escalation, and the reporter lady was retreating but they were still pursuing.
Depends on your state and whether they have stand your ground laws. I would absolutely be in fear of my life if someone picked up a large orange cone and started hitting me with it.
I would have no other choice but to defend myself with force.
I would brandish a weapon when she grabbed the cone and order everyone to back off. Anyone making advances after that is stupid enough to be a threat to your life.

When you threaten innocent people you give up your right to life. By giving up your right to life, its admission that your life doesn't matter.
