Legal immigrants are good when they’re wealthy/hard working/educated/law-abiding. Not only do they make our country stronger, it makes the country they left weaker, it’s a double win for America.
The vast majority of these "wealthy/hard working/educated/law-abiding" legal immigrants vote democrat, bring their own customers, cultures, language, and morals. They are NOT US. Simple as that. We need a country full of people who identify as the same core group. We need a monoculture so we can have social cohesion and trust. Immigrants sow cracks in this foundation, and we are reaping the 6 decades of excessive legal immigration now, as the generations of immigrants grow up without a true national identity, without feeling at home, and us real Americans suffer from this. Different people = difference country, and it is almost always in a bad way. I don't want a difference country. I want Western Civilization and I want America.
Cultural compatibility should also be considered, as well as the number of total immigrants, and combined with intense pressure to conform. You should have to speak English when you move here. I agree with you mostly, I just think that we can have some immigration and still have America. The 20 million illegals need to go though. All these African immigrants that on average earn less money than the average American - that needs to stop. But not all immigrants need to be white.
It’s a pipe dream anyway. Whites are already a minority among teenagers and all other child age groups, which bodes very poorly for our future.
I mostly agree, but it’s interesting you point out the huge negative effects of losing a white majority while saying a solution to this problem is a ‘pipe dream.’ I don’t want a 100% white immigrant population, I want essentially zero new immigrants and a net negative immigration by deporting illegals, dreamers, illegals children who got citizenship through birth, and all non immigrant visa holder. This would be a shock to the labor market, but it could be done piecemeal over years and would absolutely be best for the nation over the long term. Trump is making progress towards this, whether explicitly or by accident. I don’t think that’s a pipe dream, nor do I think it’s impossible to alter birth rates through pronatal policy. We can save this nation, but it’s going to be hard. Don’t get blackpilled!
