One main domain with a bunch of subpages as you suggest, Im used to. Its also more vulnerable to take out.
But in the interest of resiliency, 50 sibling sites as a "fleet" of .wins makes a ton of sense, security wise. As long as the login worked across the board, and also the list of all states appeared on the sidebar of all sites, it really would be indistinguishable from 1 main site.
Grass roots conservative movements like this are incredibly rare. A top level "thedonald" domain could be pretty low energy once his time in office is up. Something like this feels a little better:
This has been discussed on communities.win already, at first I was thinking of freedom.win/x but some people feel like it'd be better for it to have a name that represents everyone in our right leaning movement and not just america. But honestly I've been hoping for a top level domain like this so it happening, if we're all on board, would be great regardless of the name.

If Win Networks grows as a free speech forum, it would be better to have Trump stuff under the Trump banner.
