Arrest every protester who does not live in Kenosha, on the basis of public health violations. The ones who blocked vehicles at gas stations: gang activity, some jail time. After seeing that video of them around a truck: I'm going to start carrying bear spray, and a baseball bat (and ball) in my vehicle.
How about arresting all the rioters? And then keep them locked up. Has that been considered?
