If the Left simultaneously says 'down with the police' but arms itself in order to get its way, they are hypocrites and we will end up in big trouble. I consider the Portland green laser punks to be armed terrorists already but if they escalate to guns it's going to be bad.

You can get laser glasses for 50$ that block green, blue and MOST IMPORTANTLY IR. (Chinese lasers output 10x as much IR as they do visible light) IR is much more dangerous.

I think we need legislature, if we do not already have it, that covers using a laser to blind someone as a felony. I believe it already is a war crime, but we need to attach harsh penalty to it.
