My cousin was at a Hospital in Michigan and they refused to do a specific scan or procedure because he was showing signs of Covid. Was give two tests while there which came back negative. He had to hunger strike for 2 days before they would cooperate. Turns out it was his gallbladder (which he diagnosed himself) and almost died due to their stubbornness.

You can be find with gallstones for awhile until they have to remove it. If they gave you any shit though sue and i'm pretty sure any half competent lawyer can get you something. Don't mention covid though cause they are exempt from anything if they mention it at all. Negligence though can still be pursued.
