Host asked, “Aren’t you calling on the Democrat line?” Every single caller was pro Trump tonight, including Dems

Don't underestimate the black community this time. They are waking up! Trump just needs 15-20%.

Black women are married to state. They have no free thinking. They just wait for the government to think for them

I would also reiterate to not underestimate different segments of the black community. For example Nigerians are extremely based often times. A complete 180 from your standard 'LeBron James' inner city black.

Most people want the same thing -- we just need to connect with them. I actually think the Democrats revealing just how much they ARE communists is the greatest thing that ever happened to the Republican party and the riots and pandemic has only exacerbated that.

The arabs are rather erratic people culturally. They make a lot of illogical decisions and are very difficult to sway.

They think the Iraq-Afgan war was all republican when it was bipartisan.

Not all Hispanics. The real dividing line is how much of the family is legal or not. All the family I care about is here so those people over there can stay in there shitholes. I think even some Hispanics would vote against “there best interests” if meant stopping communism. Some people are ignorant of their history but the people who do know it won’t make the Same mistake here

Yeah Mexicans are not likely to be based. Don’t think they ever experimented with socialism or if they did it was very brief. A lot of South American countries did have there experience with it. God I still remember when the president said ”there rapists, murderers, and some i assume are good people”. Literally was on the trump train right then and there. Love how liberal media tried to make it a Hispanic thing when most Hispanic(non Mexican) people wouldn’t even want to go to Mexico lol

The thing about Biden's "diversity" comment, which he was raked over the coals for, is that he's right. It's not that there's no diversity among blacks, but blacks are a loss less varied (discounting African immigrants etc., who are relatively few) than Hispanics.

Hispanics come from many countries which are themselves settler states. Many Hispanics are of European origin. It's always amused me (an Asian immigrant) that "Non-Hispanic White" is a thing. So if someone's grandfather went from Italy to Argentina, and they came to the US, they're Hispanic, but if their grandfather had gone to NYC instead, they're not Hispanic. Complete nonsense based on the One Drop Rule.

This likely explains the high rate of intermarriage of Hispanics, as well as shifting identities. Fully half of 4th gen. or higher Hispanics don't identify as such, and from my observation Spanish language skills are fading even faster these days as folks don't live in enclaves like they use to (see the decline of Chinatowns for an Asian variant of this).

My not-so-bold prediction is that many Hispanics, particularly those of high percentage European heritage, will simply come to be "white". There's plenty of precedent for this--in the 1840's Irish weren't considered "white", but rather a race of inferior Papist celts. Italians weren't "white" in the 1890's, nor Balkanites in the 1910's. All have since come to be identified as "white" (an option not available to other groups like Asians & blacks).

There’s no pandering. Republicans are lifting all boats for all American whether white , black, Hispanic , Asian , man and women . Actions speak louder . Actions are not pandering

Funny how even trump didn't dare to mention white people when talking about lowest blah unemployment rates

I know plenty of Latinos and they hate this “racist” country and love what’s happening in Seattle, Portland, etc.

I love Maximo and wish they were all like him, but they’re all libs that I meet.

All of the Hispanic/Latin people in my life, as a Texan, value morality, stability, sanity, hard work, earning one's way, and legal immigration. I encourage them often to vote on that.

I'm Hispanic. What the people on this thread have to understand is that "Hispanic" is a cultural designation, not a racial one. Hispanics who are white (i.e., whose ancestors are Southern European) tend to be conservative. Cubans, Argentines, Uruguyans, Chileans, Upper Class Puerto Ricans, Spaniards, etc. These people are entrepreneurial, have Western values, want limited government, etc.

Native Americans from Mexico are Democrats. They have demographics almost identical with Native Americans on U.S. Indian reservations. Like our own Native Americans, they have a mean IQ of 87. They have identical teen pregnancy rates to people on US Indian reservations, identical high school dropout rates, incarceration rates, drunk driving rates, etc. And, yes, they trend Democrat at the same numbers.

It's mental retardation to see a white Cuban like, say, Cameron Diaz or Desi Arnaz and say, "Hey, they vote Republican. Therefore Mexico's Native Americans will vote Republican."

That ain't happening. (They're two different races with two vastly different cultures and voting patterns. People still vote along racial lines. White people of Southern European heritage cluster with other American whites. Native Americans from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador cluster with Indians on US reservations.. Don't confuse Group A with Group B. That's a fatal mistake.)

P.S.--Stop importing Latin America's poor. Import their middle and upper classes like we used to in the 1920s and Republicans win. If you're confused, see this tutorial: This is who we USED to import in 1920: https://imgur.com/a/meV9awS This person will statistically vote Republican. By contrast, this next person is who we are importing now: https://imgur.com/a/p7oZFUA If you want to ensure a permanent Democrat victory, keep importing Person B.

Immigrants help MAGA. We simply want them to respect our laws.

Nothing wrong with supporting immigrants.

1
A_Feral_Duck 1 point ago +1 / -0

Identity politics fail. Hispanic immigrants who followed the law, came here legally, and went through the process to become citizens HATE illegal immigrants. Often times the illegals are the ones who fucked up their home countries to begin with.

So no, Hispanic is not a monolithic voting block.

Also, the legal ones? They’re the ones who can actually vote. Fraud aside: the illegals? Not so much.

"You were calling on the democrat line but you have nothing positive to say about them."

God that was delicious :)

I don't... Mind ... The pandering to immigrants. As long as it's true and good I can let others have the spotlight, or whatever. The part i don't like is when we start having people brag about how they're the first X to Y.

It will be a process... most of my older Hispanic relatives only watch CNN and are brainwashed to stubbornly believe that Trump is racist. However, my younger relatives are slowly starting to wake up.

The neocon GOP motto “Hispanics are social conservatives”.They are church -going and have huge family bonds but that is all the conservatism they have.the GOP never tries to save white families who are going through problems.

ParadigmShift2070 0 points ago +1 / -1

It's closer to 35% now, and no they're not likely to vote Republicans just because they are 'catholics'
