A couple days ago I had a blow-out with this chick at work over my choice to perform services on clients who refuse to wear a mask. I meet with upper management tomorrow to discuss the issue. Any tips? I was wearing my muzzle at the time, state board of cosmetology and barbering is threatening to revoke licenses; however, performing services outside on a conscientious objector is not illegal. What do I do or say tomorrow to protect myself?

First mandates are not laws... second, doesnt the Governor have exemptions in his mandate? You may be able to use that. Say the person medically couldnt wear a mask, you didnt want to deny them service for fear of the disabilities act. I'm far from a lawyer and legal bs is not my forte. Someone else may have some better advice. Seriously wish you the best of luck...this forced mask shit is so fucked up.
First and foremost, start making arrangements to leave the shithole that is cali.
Second, determine how much you are willing to lose to stand your ground. Is losing your job going to be devastating? Or will you be able to collect the beefed up unemployment? (Trump got it for us, you may as well use it)
Third. Theres no way to tell what will happen. Maybe your upper management is based, maybe they are mask nazis. Maybe argue that since the cops arent enforcing mask laws you dont think its your place to do it. Esp since people can turn violent if you confront them on mask use.
(The washington state case where the guy drew a gun was mostly bs. Mask nazi followed him around the store goading him. But normies dont know that)
Start wearing a mask.
