The thing is do we know who he was with? That man doesn't look like an Antifa or BLM guy. New reports posted here indicate the shooter was a BLM enforcer who shot a rioter and then was chased down by the guy in the photo. The story is a mess right now.
There are two threads going on. There's the "shoot me n***a!" guy, and then the shooting incident which resulted in the gnarly bicep.
You have a good point. Not saying there aren't commies who are built, but that certainly doesn't appear to be a soy-boy arm.
With that in mind, if it turns out it was a BLM terrorist who shot and killed/wounded patriots? Then things may get ugly at a rate that law enforcement won't be able to keep up with.

I don't think anybody knows anything for sure right now. But what do you expect when you chase down and tackle a guy with a rifle?
