At some point, the rioters were chasing one of the armed citizens, pay attention to the man you see running with the rifle at around 0:10 - he is being chased and shortly fires in defense.

Later footage shows what looks like the same person on the ground being attacked by the rioters trying to get his rifle. After some impressive breakdancing he puts a few down and the rest scatter and he walks away. https://twitter.com/MarkDice/status/1298499053706149889

That "fake surrendered" thing is the worst. He was clearly safe there with the shooter lowering the weapon.

It is a war crime. If antifa were an actual armed force and not a terrorist organization, that is.
