I'd like to remind everyone that The Great State of Arkansas is accepting conservative American loving refugees from NY. No commies though. We have a super low cost of living and a beautiful state. Imagine paying around $650 for a house payment, cheaper than rent! Gas is cheaper than everywhere else, $1.70ish right now.
I’ve researched all over the US for a place to move my based family out of commiefornia and recently decided Arkansas is a hidden gem that deserves serious consideration. I have friends that just sold their business and moved their entire family (mother in law and all) to Missouri and they were showing us pics of their huge new 4 bdr house ($180k) and trying to get us to move there. That state doesn’t hold appeal for us. But right next door to the south... Arkansas is beautiful and the Ozarks are amazing. Where are the most desirable areas to live for a conservative, God loving family with a couple of teens?
