The kid was acting as BLM security. One of the people in his group said that they wanted to protect BLM and as long as people attacked government, they were fine with it, but they did not want people to attack personal property.

In a way this was friendly fire, BLM security shooting Antifa/BLM people...once the chaos starts, people have no idea which "side" you are on
