Well, you seen how that round cavitated in that guys bicep. It caused it to to explode. That same round center mass is enough to cavitate and stop your heart and lung function pretty quick if not instantly. You got to remember a good hollow point rifle round will expand and try to leave as much energy from that round into the target and create a significant wound cavity to stop the threat.
