If you watch the entire video, the shooter in question 180 no-scopes the head shot guy, gets chased, shoots three more people under duress including lefty lefty pete here then walks to the police to turn himself in.
Is it the same guy in both videos? Where he shoots a guy in the head and the other clip where someone falls to the ground and is forced to blast like 3-4 people who are almost on top of him?
