There more to read into as well.. he is saying "Okay I give up"...but only after getting as close as he possibly could in order to deliver his own death blow. This guy tried. He tried to get close. He tried to get close so he could kill the kid on the ground, with his glock. But the kid was faster, and the guy gave up. That's the story that played out, and it's important to point out exactly why the guy was that close to the kid.
On the other picture, where he's holding onto his wounded right arm, he's very clearly holding a Glock in his right hand. If you look very closely here you can kind of make out what looks like the handle of a gun in his right hand as well.
Might as well just be the dark background but he was armed either way.
The left doesn't. They're already Doxxing the guy, claiming he intentionally went there to shoot people. We have the video though! Fuck Democrats and their stooges.

This is EXACTLY what our leftist establishments enact. It is sanctioned to murder you as long as it is mob-driven.
They make INDIVIDUAL self defense a high crime.
They do this every SINGLE time a leftist regime takes over. This was true for Germany, Russia, Cambodia, China, etc etc all they way back in history.
When you are property of the state, the state decides if and when you are defended. If they do not defend you, your duty is to die without complaint.
