Just saw on faux news (I know, watch the devil you know, still better then CNN, maybe) saying there is still a man hunt on for the killer. Aka the guy that capped sk8r boi and the pew pew paramedic.

Call bullshit since I'm sure we could find him in about 5 minutes and the cops were interacting with them all night. The narrative is already being set that the BLM terrorist thugs dindu nuffin

The shooter literally walked right up to several police vans & cars responding to the shootings after he fought the mob off, I find it very difficult to believe that he hasn't already been taken in by the cops. Frankly, I think it looks like he was straight up turning himself in.

Perhaps. I've seen a clip of Kenosha PD apparently thanking and handing out waterbottles to the militiamen (including the shooter himself) earlier last night, though that was before the shooting. And I should think all the video would easily exonerate him.

Cops may be executing a 'never found him ' manhunt for the killer.

Alot of people are tricked by the kinds police manners "tell me what happened" after the "anything you say cant and will be used against you in a court of law"

Guarantee you alot of the blue lives matter, thin blue line folks will start chatting up a storm thinking the police are trying to help them out then blindsided when a murder charge is slapped on them.

It is important to cooperate. You should say, I need my attorney and then cooperate with their lawful orders. After that, you don't talk further until the lawyer is present.

EDIT: Fixed confusing sentence.

One doesn't turn themselves in to the police for taking out the trash. An equally legal, and necessary action.

A statement is still needed. Records, paperwork, and all that.

A statement may be wanted, but the fifth amendment would preclude it's requirement. The 14th would prohibit forcing someone to do paperwork, and if they want a record, I'd tell them to find a Tower Record store. They may need a time machine, but that's on them.

High fives. Maybe they let you ride in their APC for fun.

I think there's a non-zero chance the police might actually be in on it. I've heard talk that the cops herded Antifa & BLM toward places where they knew the militia would be hanging around - no solid proof, I've seen footage of police vehicles pushing the mob elsewhere but not to anywhere guarded by militia so far, but there was definitely video of the cops thanking the militia (including the shooter) and giving them water. It was linked in one of the megathreads on here.

If it is true, it's quite the clever way of getting rid of these imbeciles. No bail fund can save anyone domed by militiamen like the Kenosha Kid, after all - now the cops don't have to worry about them coming back to cause more trouble, while the shooter has more than enough video evidence to justify his fire before any judge & jury.

How can you tell 'afterwards'? I saw that same clip but thought it was prior to -

I thought about that too, you might be right.

also just because he is not in police custody does not mean there's a manhunt. they don't take you into custody unless they're going to charge you.
