Reading between the lines I think this was a tactic to not escalate a volatile situation while they are performing armed guard from rioters.
That proves nothing. This guy was with the militia protecting businesses when the police were giving out water. I watched the livestream on the rundown live last night. I even made a comment here shortly before the shooting that the police were pushing the rioters in the direction of the militia. I had a bad feeling about it.
If the militia really supported blm they would be out there with them. Not taking up rooftop positions to engage vandals and arsonists.
