They COULD drop the charges, but this DA will not.
That's specifically why blmantifa selected Kenosha to riot. They don't do that in jurisdictions where they are not protected.

yeah - the dude tried to turn himself in and the police ignored him, he then went home and is being charged with intent to flee - sounds like the DA is being heavy handed off the bat.
In the video where he shoots Tony Hawk and and One Armed Willy, you can see police down the street. He was walking toward them.
Sounds like he turned himself in, was let go, then went back to his home in the neighboring state where he was arrested.
