Are you trying to say that anyone that kills someone in self defense gets charged with murder automatically? Because that is definitely not true.

I swear to God I've read stories where someone was not charged because it was deemed self defense. Since when do you automatically get charged with murder and have to exonerate yourself or until the charges are dropped??? You're charged with a crime if they believe they have evidence of it. So they think he committed murder.

It never made sense in the first place. I'm walking down the street minding my own business and some guy runs up to me screaming Allahu akhbar and starts stabbing me with a knife, I shoot and kill him, call the police to report it, and I'm AUTOMATICALLY charged with murder? Wtf? Not a chance. Or I call the police to report I shot a home invader in the middle of the night, this stranger lying dead in my kitchen armed with a weapon, the police charge me with murder until the whole thing gets squared away??? Lol no.

At least the state I live in, the legal system can choose not to charge, but that's usually only in clear cases of self-defense, like someone breaking into your house with a gun and you shoot and kill them. It's pretty obvious you didn't intentionally murder anyone. In this case, while it appears to be self-defense, you have to admit, it's complicated. There's multiple videos, multiple angles, dozens of witnesses, the kid drove from out of state armed with the intention of participating in what was essentially a riot. I hope the charges get dropped or he's found not guilty at the very least, it will help set a good precedent for shooting these commie bastards.

No, Im not actually. I know someone that killed someone in self defense. They took his gun, he was never charged. Later, he got his gun back.

Do you know the difference between an investigation and charging someone with murder? And yeah, I know a guy in real life that had it happen. Not just some random dude that mentioned it. I saw the fucking crime scene photos.
