So, less than 24 hours after, they already believe it was 1st degree? But after 2+ months they still think Chauvin killed Floyd and not fentanyl? What a joke.

I always thought 1st degree was planned out. What he did sounds more like 2nd degree heat of the moment or self defense.

They are definitely overcharging to hope for a plea.

Also, since when do they released names of juveniles? Oh wait he was white so I guess that’s the exception
