hmm, he did a great job defending himself but he also went to a riot to LARP and crossed state lines to do it.
Rule Number One in the Cold Civil War, no Republican, conservative, Christian or Libertarian is going to get a fair trial in a Democrat controlled area. The incident will always be framed in the worst possibly light to the detriment of the non-Democrat. Even if this boy eventually wins, it's going to take years and it'll hurt his family and that's the intent. Pick our battlefields carefully. The Democrats are trying to bait patriots into these areas to scapegoat them for the unrest.
He's a LARPer because he's not a soldier, law enforcement, a trained militia member operating under a chain of command. He's not a politician, a member of the community, a stake holder, a property owner or an interested party. He has no direct connection to the events in Kenosha other than he had a gun and decided to go there and walk around with it. What do you call someone who just goes to city experiencing unrest and walks around with a gun? I call that a LARPer.

yes, border. Borders are very important in determining whether the area you're going into is has a partisan vengeful George Soros DA or whether you're safely able to use your 2nd Amendment rights to defend your life and property. He may win in a court of law and I hope he does. Moreover, I hope the charges get dropped. I guess though, that this isn't about a valid prosecution or not, it's about a Democrat controlled justice system that wants to scape goat him as a boogaloo boy.
