Fuck that, just bust him out and make it well know that any further action against him will be seen as a threat, one that will be answered with extreme prejudice. That kid has more balls than that entire police department. I am truly disgusted with LE after this year. They want support of the community but when the community needs them sit on their asses twiddling their limp dicks.
